Each plan includes a fixed seat count at a base price (e.g., Starter = 15 seats for ₹1,000/month). When you grow past that, you pay a flat per-seat rate for each additional employee — ₹70/seat on Starter, ₹60/seat on Growth, ₹50/seat on Scale.
Yes, anytime. Additions take effect immediately at no extra charge for the remainder of your current cycle — the new total kicks in at your next renewal. Removals always apply at the next renewal — no refunds.
Upgrades take effect immediately — you keep the rest of your current cycle at no extra charge, then renew at the new plan's rate. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current cycle (no refund for the remainder). If your headcount exceeds the new plan's included seats, the system will guide you through reducing employees or staying on a higher tier.
Listed prices are exclusive of 18% GST (industry standard in India). The total amount charged by Razorpay at checkout includes GST, and your invoice shows the breakdown for your tax filing.
